Refund Policy

60 days. Money back. No questions asked. If PDFlare does not do what our site says it does — or you simply change your mind — email us within 60 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No forms, no exit interview, no "can we ask why".
How to get a refund
- Email pdflare-support@nextgenomni.com with the email address you bought with, or your licence key (PDFT-…). Either is enough.
- We reverse the charge through Stripe. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, which is the card network's timing, not ours.
- Bought on AppSumo? Request the refund through AppSumo — their own 60-day policy applies and they process the money.
What happens to the licence
- A refunded purchase revokes the licence key. The app is deliberately gentle about it: it drops to read-only — it still opens, views, and prints documents. Nothing is bricked, and your files are never touched.
- Your documents were never on our servers in the first place, so there is nothing of yours to delete on our side beyond the purchase record.
Why there is no trial
PDFlare has no trial period, deliberately. The refund window is the trial: use the full product, on your real documents, for up to 60 days — and if it is not for you, take the money back. We would rather refund you than argue with you.
